ACT offers intensive levels of support and services for individuals in their natural environment to permit and enhance functioning in the community. • The program has been evaluated using the ACT Fidelity Scale and the national standard, TMACT (Tool for Measurement of ACT). On average, 71 unique clients are served annually, with the program being highly effective at improving the quality of life of its clients.
  • To continue to serve the community on the eastern side of the County, the ACT program is moving to Worth Avenue. The move will continue to be convenient and accessible for people with SMI.
