ANNOUNCEMENTS
**Bids and proposals must be submitted online through the Supplier portal. Hard copy bids and proposals are not accepted unless specifically noted in the solicitation. While Prince William County is in a declared state of emergency due to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) (https://coronavirus.pwcgov.org), bid openings will be live streamed using teleconference software. Details for accessing the teleconference for specific solicitations will be included in the solicitation or posted as an amendment to the solicitation. The use of streaming video for bid openings is provided as a convenience for bidders. Should the streaming link access be unavailable or fail during a bid opening, it does not nullify the validity of the process or results.
DISCLAIMER: All goods and services procured by Prince William County must have a corresponding Purchase Order from the County's Procurement Services Department. All correspondence initiated by Prince William County will be done via the official trusted domain (pwcgov.org). It is the responsibility of each Vendor to verify the legitimacy of all purchase orders prior to fulfillment.
